My name is Re Reh. I am from Myanmar. I am very interesting and very happy about this ASEAN-KOREA TRAIN advancing together trip. I never dreamed that I would be able to participate in this international cooperation, so this was a great time for me. According to this trip, I got a lot of experience. I met a new friend from an ASEAN country and also Korea. I got the experiences of Korea traditional food, visit around the beautiful place of Korea country and traditional music and culture from ASEAN country.

I would like to share about the ASEAN-KOREA TRAIN advancing together trip summary.

Day-1, Registration and introductory video of the ASEAN-KOREA center at the Hilton Hotel. After that, we went to the KBS Hall for congratulatory event and watch the traditional and contemporary music to K-pop and foreign performances. On day two, we started the trip from Seoul to Yeongcheon station by ASEAN-KOREA TRAIN. On the train, they made the traditional music performance from ASEAN country and Korea. And then, we went to visit the Bulguksa temple in Gyeongju city. Bulguksa temple was built in the year 751 by Prime Minister Kim Daesung as a Buddhist temple and restored to its current state in the year 1973.

On third day, we traveled from Busan to Suncheon by ASEAN-KOREA TRAIN. We went to visit the Suncheon Bay Wetland Reserve and take a photo with a new friend. Suncheon Bay Wetland Reserve is one of the world’s five major coastal wetlands and it was registered with the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands in January 2006. And then, we went to the Gwangju by BUS and visit the Asia Culture Center of ASEAN-KOREA special exhibition and networking reception. After that, travel to Seoul from Gwangju Songjeong station by KTX train.

On the last day, we toured to the Hanok Village and N Seoul Tower at Seoul city and then attended the ASEAN-KOREA peace wishing and closing ceremony at Grand Hyatt Hotel, Seoul.

In conclusion, I would like to special thank and appreciate to ASEAN-KOREA center and Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation (KCHF) for giving me this good opportunity and I also want to thank all of participating from this trip.
